Udo Hainthaler was born in 1973 in a small old town at the foot
of the Styrian “Erzberg”. His birthplace, Eisenerz, has a glorious history of processing raw iron.
Photographic talent runs in his family, as his mother was also a professional photographer.
She inspired her son to become a professional photographer as well.
He received his first camera at the age of 10, as a Christmas gift from his father.
And so his passion as photographer began…
Udo Hainthaler was inspired by photography legend’s:
Peter Lindbergh, Helmut Newton, Ansel Adams, Yousuf Karsh.
It is, however, very important for him to have his own style!
